Discovery Bank conveniently ignores the truth

I am with Discovery bank and I was quite happy until I deposited a large sum of money and my vitality status obviously affected the interest I recieve. From the moment the ammount was deposited I suddenly dropped to a lower level and my credit score was used to explain this. The card in question was my Bussiness credit card which was overdrawn for 2 weeks but not at all outstanding. It was settled anyway as this normally happens due to monthly expenses from time to time. Still it indicated on my credit report on there system that it was outstanding and it affected my vitality rating. I indicated that I could supply stamped banking statements to refute this but I was told that the credit report had more weight than my actual banking statements, and please understand this was just pertaining to this specific third party credit card. This was middel March and the card was settled by 20 March 2025. It is still showing outstanding according to the report shown on my vitality status and because of this I am getting 2 percent less interest on a huge amount of money and my discount on plane tickets is affected by 20 percent. All of this because there information is outdated and I have reported this more than 3 times. Once again this only started to happen when I deposited a huge amount of money and my vitality status that was on Diamond suddenly dropped to silver because of this one credit card that they conveniently ignore the fact that it was never not payed in full or settled. Amazing how official stamped banking statements is accepted by everybody (Even SARS) but according to discovery a third party outdated credit report on a single banking account carries more weight And again there system shows that it was updated by them the last time in April.
