Discovery Bank continue to disappoint!

Discovery is not shy to make promises and sell you products, only to disappoint and not delivery. Marketing comes first; Discovery makes it so complex to understand what they are offering only for you to give up even trying to understand the services that were promised. Some of their agents in the call centre have very limited knowledge and don't care to phone you back as promised. #BlackFriday
