Discovery Bank claiming monies from me that they have no record of me owing??????????

I receive emails form Discovery bank daily which read as follows - 1. Discovery Bank: You've missed your minimum payment due. Make payment of R1070.65 to avoid penalties. For more info, call ***. 2. Discovery Bank: We've placed restrictions on your account because your credit facility is in arrears. Pay R1070.65. Click https://discv.co/Payguide to see how to pay I DO NOT and HAVE NEVER had any credit facility with Discovery. Upon calling the aforementioned number, Discovery advises me that the debt must be due to FNB and must date back to the time that FNB administered Discovery's credit facilities and that I should take it up with FNB. Upon calling FNB they advised that they have no record of any debt due by me to them. Discovery refuses to help. Has someone created debt in my name? Discovery cannot explain why their servers are sending me the mails? How is this possible and why don't they resolve the matter? Honestly pathetic service.
