DISCOVERY BANK CHANGING YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT

So suddenly I received a notification that I approved changes to my account. I called the ***** section and they just LAUGHED it off. I asked for an letter to state that what they said was true and although I was promised I DID NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. They are a bunch of lairs and ******. From all the banks they are the worst
