CASE NO ***5 I'm still for a reply from Nancy? THIS WAS FROM THE 1ST NOVEMBER. BONGONI. Now nearly 3 months later I'm waiting for an answer. I phoned Discovery Bank today 17th January 2024 and to my horror the case is still open. Really I must say the speed of service is at a snails pace. I'm NOT my CARD Charges because I wanted the Card closed. Please HELP ME.
