Discovery Bank Cash Back for spend at Woolworths

I have been with Discovery Bank for 2 months. Big mistake. The promise of boosted cashback for spend at Woolworths was a good drawcard. For the last 2 months, i have received zero Discovery Bank cashback for spend at Woolworths, eventhough i have been on diamond status with Discovery Bank. Made numerous phones calls,, even went personally more than 3 times to their Discovery Bank office in Sandton. All i get is false promises, but no commitment date by when the problem will be fixed.
