Discovery Bank BOOOOOOOOO, worst service.
The best bank does it again. how does it take 24-48 hours to get a bank statement??? then even after that time, still no statement. I have escalated the call twice and this is after 48 hours, STILL NO STATEMENT. Guys, we don't have the option to walk into a branch and request a statement, and walk out, so these services should be prioritized. 24-48 hours waiting for a statement is ridiculous, even worse to not even make it within that time and i have to escalate the call twice.
