Discovery bank blocked

I don’t understand why my bank has blocked I have found a job which needs to pay me on Discovery bank when I try to call them they said the cannot assist me but I always receive emails which says ***** case completed but still when I login it cant….Can you kindly assist me I can’t lose this job I really need it
