DISCOVERY BANK BLATANTLY IGNORING ME AND REFUSING TO ASSIST
DISCOVERY BANK IS REFUSING TO ASSIST WITH QUERY - ITS BEEN OVER TWO MONTHS. THEIR COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT IS ALSO NOT BOTHERED TO ASSIST

02 Nov 2020, 15:10Joke!!! What a joke Sibongile! It was NOT 'goods not received' it was 'goods returned' and therefore a credit for the almost R1000 miles neede to be passed! You have escalated the query MY A@@! You have been 'escalating the query' for more than two months now! Stick your 'apologies where the sun doesn't shine! And NO NO NO - I will NOT call again for 'further assistance' - it is no use - nobody is helping! I have requested that management contact me on numerous occasions but that too gets ignored! I have requested that someone contact me and tell me how to go about to close this **** account - but that too gets ignored! You disgust me!!!!
