Discovery bank

The most disgraceful service I have ever received!!!!! Been 3 months and am still waiting for a technician to help me with my discovery card I have banked with FNB for over 20 years My discovery credit card is not run through FNB anymore and now run by discovery bank I cannot get my hands on my funds and every week to am promised that someone will phone and help me and ?????????????......,.,..: No one is assisting me!!!!!!!! As far as I am concerned my money has been ****** Adrian gore ???? Help
