Discovery Bank Bad Condict
I have contacted discovery requesting them to close my bank account and stop the monthly fees as their offering is expensive and cannot afford it. To my surprise they refuse to stop fees for an account which I do not use. Why do you want to keep on raising revenue from a customer that communicated they cannot afford your product?

You happy to charge monthly fees to a customer that has communicated they cannot afford your product. Why is that the case. I will certainly take this matter up with ombudsman as you have failed to understand that I do not afford the product and want the fees to be stopped.
