Discovery Bank are bullies

Discovery doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating - their service is non-existent. I've been waiting a month for an account to be closed. I phone in & was told my initial request had been auto-cancelled, so they decided on their own, yet they charge me for the account. I'm being forced to keep an account don't want anymore, it was due to their horrible service in the first place that I decided to close the account. I then put in another request for the account closure, which has not happened.
