Discovery bank are a bunch of *******
A year and a half to try close a bank account. Yesterday I was bounced from department to department I spoke to 14 consultants and no closer to closing the account. I get charged fees every month. Is this a joke!! I actually can’t believe what’s going on. A disgrace!! It’s theft!!

I've had a look at your account, and I can see that you still have the old Discovery Card on your profile. As this is the case, you would need to close your account on your side. This can easily be done by following this link and using your normal Discovery login details: online.discovery.bank. Once you put the request through, you will receive details relating to closing your account. I trust you'll find that all is in order.
