Discovery Bank - Appalling Service
I have no idea what is happening at Discovery Bank this afternoon but I can tell you their service is appalling. There seems to be a problem with my credit card account but try getting hold of an agent. I have been trying all afternoon but have been sitting on the phone listening to the most awful music. No other way to contact them. What a disgrace. Is this really how they treat their customers?
