Discovery Bank App not working and no help given

I have a free Discovery bank account and have been trying for more than a week to upgrade the account. The App does not work and gives me the same error each time. I have called the customer service department 3 times, they have seen exactly what is happening on the App and they have done nothing to correct the situation. Instead of just offering to make the changes to the account they just keep telling me to do it on the App, that is not working. Clearly not the bank to go to.
