Discovery Bank App: cannot register to join the bank

Honestly unbelievable Useless. You select JOIN THE BANK. Then the App ask you to Login. How do you login to something you just indicated you are not part of. So Discover want you to join the bank but it is not possible through the App. As someone working in IT you would imagine that these companies test their Apps. But clearly they don't think it is worth their time. Makes you wonder if this will be the level of service you will get once you were successful to join. What a joke you guys are Discovery. I will be embarred. If I were the manager I will fire myself.
