DISCOVERY BANK - always OFFLINE BANK !
When you try to make an online payment with your Discovery Credit Card, they send you OTP code 30 minutes later, by which time it is null and void. Discovery Bank is not online bank as they claim. It is OFFLINE BANK ! And almost always ! Avoid !
