Trying to renew my credit card. Called twice and also filled in the online application. No reply as yet. Anybody still available to assist?

Thanks Beatrice. My card expired at end Nov 2022, but Discovery has not contacted me to renew my card. I would like to renew. I do realise I will now need to go through Discovery Bank and not FNB anymore.
