Discovery Bank all empty promises,stay away

I app**** for a credit card with Discovery Bank just to test them as I wanted to move my investments ,cheque account etc over to them,thank God I just tested them,app**** for a credit card,was approved then gave them consent to retrieve by bank statements from absa, I received notification from Absa that the bank statements were dispatched to Discovery Bank,yet still no approval,yet they boast about easy process to sign up in seconds,very poor service,now I really wonder whether this bank can be trusted...
