Discovery bank acting like tjotsies

I have bought betway bucks vouchers on my banking app on the 17th of May 2026 and I have not received the voucher codes to redeem the vouchers on betway, I have called everyday and have about 30 reference numbers only to receive a email from the discovery team saying that betway wants me to deal with betway directly and now ive spent over R500 on airtime trying to reach betway and still have not had any luck???
