Discovery Bank account opened with out my consent

I had a Discovery Credit card with FNB. Last year around October I was called by Disvory to inform me that Discovery card is moving on there own. In this process of moving on their own they created a back account for me, that I didn't ask for. Saw the account on my app but didn't really investigate at the time as it was a few weeks before my wedding. After returning from honeymoon I noticed this account is going further and further into minus. I then called Discovery and was explained it was account open on my behave!!! And I'm in arrears! Think it was close to R550 at the time already. They don't have the software to close a single account they will have to close everything including vitality and I'll be liable for outstanding fees! The lady I spoke to at the time then said she can send it to reversal department to have the services fees reversed but I'll have to call every month to do so, this all fees are reversed. So I have been using my airtime to sit for hours explaining evert month the situation. But next month the fees are just charged again and reflects that I'm in arrears. I also don't get called, I reseave an sms saying we've been trying to get hold of you. Your count is in arrears pls contact Discovery!! Trying to get hold of me but my phone didn't even ring!! The amount is currently standing on R345. Just made my monthly call to remind them to reduce the fees. I then asked the lady when will this account be zero, so they can close the account..? She rep**** they don't have the fasility to close one account as yet, I'll have to call every month!!! ***!!! So I have to use my airtime to call a million dollar company, to reverse money from an account I didn't even ask for! And if I don't do that, My name reflects badly!! The a big company a doing amazing things and trying to compete with other banks but they can't even close an account!!! And how is it just OK, to open an account for me with out me agreeing that my salary will be paid in to that account!! I'm happy with FNB and not planning to move any time soon from them. Guess next best ring is just to close all my relations with Discovery if they can't even do a simple thing that's not even my fault!
