Discovery bank a total disaster and *****!

What a sham. Try to close my credit card, never gave them permission to swop from FNB to discovery but they did it in any case. I logged a closure on my card back in June and I am still getting charged card fees every month! Nothing I can do. I have had a consultant call me and promise to get it resolved - nothing. I have logged calls with log numbers 3 times - nothing gets done. What a ********* bank. I would like the bank ombudsman to investigate please!!!!!!!
