DIscovery bank a NO NO NO NO!

I have recently moved my banking to Discovery Bank It I understood that there will be teething problems. However, the customer service function is non-existent. For every e-mail you send, there is a promise of a banker getting back to you, but nothing happens. Stay away from Discovery bank if you don't want to end up with expensive banking issues to deal with (declined payments, debit orders not processed, inability to send money to cell numbers, etc.)
