Discovery bank

Since I joined discovery bank ive been facing difficulties and there customer service is poor, last year I lodged a complaint about the card not working and I wasn't assisted and the next thing my account is not valid, I was wishing to move from my bank to discovery. After I complained my app also stopped working an start asking me things I dont know. Pep banking system is much better than discovery banking, even if we are writing our complain on hello peter still they won't assist us instead they will pop up a bottle of champagne.
