Discovery Bank

I had to Upload FICA Documents using the dropdown menu on the APP. Both Times the documents were accepted but then rejected as the consultant confirmed that these documents were added by mistake to the dropdown menu on the APP. One was a SARS document and the other was and affidavit!!! Why does the APP have these options? I have been locked out of my Account for 2 weeks with no consultant able to assist. I have had multiple calls with the call center which no assistance and the response is "i dont know". Discovery Banking promised a seamless experience, but unfortunately, it feels more like a game than a serious financial service.
