Discovery Bank

I registered to join Discovery bank in order to have access to the Equity offering linked to this. The credit card was approved on the same day and delivered within 2 days. All good as they are charging R450.00 per month for this so the quicker they get you sorted the quicker they get paid, plus the money they make by you using the credit facility. I then registered for EASY Equities portfolio, nothing easy about this at all. The App keeps on saying my ID needs to be verified but I received a mail that it was done. You can't phone the equities department, only "speak" to a bot and this stupid thing keeps on coming back with the same responses. Mails sent to Equities to contact me, NOTHING. So Discovery bank or your Equities partner, please sort this out or I will cancel my Discovery bank account. Oh yes, I mentioned that I would do this to one of the Discovery bank consultants and she says, "Ok close it then"
