Discovery Bank

Appalling service, my FNB account was debited even though I was not owing DB anything. called various times after repeating my query every time and being put on hold for ages the call gets cut off (Justin, Thabo.... cant remember the other names). No one cares to call back, after like the millionth attempt I called the ***** line and yes finally someone decent (Romeo) was able to assist me and get Thuli (team Leader) to call me back. I requested for my account t be closed on the 6th of September, she promised someone will get back to me and confirm within 48hours.... I am still waiting and they debited another amount from my FNB account into the DB account for no reason. As I am typing this I am holding on, its costing me.... terrible service. I am a firm believer of the Discovery products but the bank has failed to deliver.
