What I can see according to previous interactions is that your Credit Card Account was not closed as per your original request.
The fees have been reversed and the account closed.

When i asked you to close my account than it suppose to be closed immediately as i had settled account in full and now you coming up with stories to keep *****ing from my account.
I need two months charges that was debited from my account as i did instruct to close my account in april where they deducted from my account for may and june where your consultant did accepted and told me that it will be refunded and now you asking me which refund????
My account still shows in red with this nonsense.
Also if this continues than will have to completely close all account with your so called bank as i cant afford this broad day *****ing.
