MY RATING SHOULD IN FACT READ: ZERO THIS MATTER REFERS TO A CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION DATING BACK TO APRIL 2020. The amount of R 3412.75 due on the statement was settled on the 28 April 2022. Discovery Bank, for some reason or other never acknowledged receipt of the amount in question, which was done by EFT. In spite of correspondence by e-mail and Proof of Payment sent to them they did not bother to look into the matter and solve this tedious matter. Eventually I advised them, by e-mail, that I will not answer any correspondence, or which never materialised in fact, or any calls regarding the issue. Discover Bank then started their bullying tactics. I started receiving telephone calls from at least five different areas on a daily basis even to this very date. Discovery Bank then *********ed me. This step was and is unconstitional and they should know of better. I approached an attorney to attend to the matter during December 2022. On the 10 March 2023 at 18:25:41 they acknowledged a incoming payment of the amount of R 3412.75. In spite of this acknowledgement thye are still continuing with their harrassing tactics by phoning constantly every day. Since April / May 2020 the account accumulated interest charges which I refuse to pay. How stupid do you need to be to acknowledge receipt of the initial payment but do not reverse the interest charges. Discovery Bank stop harassing me daily and and reverse the blacklisting. Take note this is not where it ends. Stop your bullying tactics and just " **** off " out of my life, ( I owe you nothing ), by resolving this tedious matter with immediate effect, for which you idiots are responsible.
