Discovery Bank
I can get a Platinum Bank Account with them but NOT a Credit Card. I am a Pensioner and pay off my Credit Card in full every month no matter the amount. Have never been blacklisted so to me it seems very strange

As far as I can gather the reason I was declined a Credit Card yet allowed to invest in your platinum account is that I do not earn enough money to warrant one! No matter that I am a Pensioner as is my husband and my Credit History is excellent. Sorry, your loss - not mine
