Discovery Bank

Discovery Bank is a **** and ******* when you want closed their account Yesterday called Discovery bank to closed my account with them cuz I am not using since I have opened it 2or 3 years ago and now Discovery Bank want me to pay the bank charges, and query that I was promised that they will reversed the bank charges, Today I got an email saying that I must pay the bank charges before they can close my Account. When I called back to I spoke to lady by the name of Boipelo who she couldn’t answer my question and aways telling me about the T&Cs of which I was not told about them. Please Discovery close my Account with I cant pay for something that I did not use Other financial institution (BANKS) if you don’t use their for 3 months they just closed. Why cant you just closed the account I wouldn’t advise any one to open a bank account with discovery
