Discovery Bank - 24 hour support is not the experience!
Discovery Bank states that it offers 24 hours support on number ***... Well, that is not the experience... When one's card transaction is rejected and there are sufficient funds to cover it (as per the SMSs received and the online balance), it is important to be able to speak with someone to understand what is the problem. No luck!

The call centre did take strain because of this, which is why it was difficult to get through to someone.
