Discovery bank

Worst service ever. The consultant who opened up my account this afternoon promised me vitality benefits (i.e. checkers/uber main reason for joining) on the transactional account. I was then put through to vitality to link my account. All of a sudden my bubble burst. I was told no vitality unless I had life cover or med. I have never been so upset after having an hour of my time wasted and a service promised which I can't have. Why are consultants advising clients incorrectly! I have immediately canceled my account and Discovery has left a bitter taste in my mouth.
