DISCOVERY BANK

My daughter was given a credit card account which she has never app**** for. She does not even have a credit card. Last year she recieved a statement saying that she owes money to the bank which was crazy because she has never used this service. we have had multiple calls to the call centre to cancel this account which she has never asked for or used. Also I have emailed them probably at least 10 times in the last year to cancel the account .. To no avail , they continue sending the statement to pay the outstanding amount of R260 odd rands. We are at our wits end trying get the sorted out.. Please advise what we can do to get rid of this account.
