Discovery app sucks
Went to Cape Union mart and tried to spend my Discovery Miles. Opened the View and Spend link on the app… the app refuses to load and it’s impossible to spend my miles… very frustrating as the consultants that I have spoken to have been unsuccessful in sorting this out… no matter how helpful they are, the problem seems to be unsolvable. Very frustrating as the item I want to buy is on special and I’m sure they won’t hold it for me forever

In order to make use of Cape Union Mart, you'd need to open an account that comes with a Discovery Bank card as Cape Union Mart is a Discovery Bank partner. 07 Oct 2021, 17:38Easier said than done… I tried to apply for a discovery credit card… tried to fill out the application.. put in my income and then the app hit a similar snag… called in and no one has been able to help me… that was weeks ago and I’ve given up as discovery is obviously not interested in my problem or my business
