Discovery and FNB not cancelling debit order despite many efforts from my side

Simphiwe on Friday 31/07/2020 at around 09:16 promised to get back to me the same day regarding cancelling the debit order on my FNB cheque account for my Discovery Card. She did not.

Between Discovery and FNB, both are giving me the runaround to cancel it. FNB (in-branch) said I must contact Discovery. Discovery says I must contact FNB.

I need this debit order cancelled with immediate effect and all extra charges refunded to me.
