Discovery a useless bank, STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Its now 17 days that I have been waiting for a reply from Executive management as promised! What a joke this bank is. Call center is utterly useless. *********** and keeps on passing the problems to management which is more than useless useless useless. Nothing works, systems fail, False promises on advertising. I have now reported the bank to the Financial services board and the Consumer Board as well

Even after numerous calls and emails, the business account remains blocked with error code 217. This is just not acceptable! The latest excuse is that the FICA verification is outstanding, however it clearly states online that this has been completed. We just can't believe the incompetence in this matter.

I see in your second message you are referring to a Business Account.

Discovery Bank doesn't offer Business Accounts at the moment.
