Discovery - a shameless banking service looting South Africa

Plz do not take Discovery cards. They are running their big business by looting the customer. I am requesting card closure since last year. They are keep saying different things and its certain that they don't want to close the card. The irony is the card is already expired last year but still they are charging me each month for the same card. Till this month they are charging the monthly changes when I requested several time for the card closure. Each month the amount is debited from my FNB account until I disputed this month's transaction. Discovery do you really want to help the customer or try to loot them? This is going on from last year and still you are not closing my account. Such a shameless service!!!
