My husband tried to make a purchase online via Takealot using his Discovery Miles, only for an error to occur. The purchase was a huge discount on a particular product and the miles \disappeared"We have been calling Discovery countless of times only to be told that \""the manager is on a call\"". I need to escalate the issue to CEO office as basically our money is being \""held onto\"" and that is *******."""
