Trying to receive a OTP from discovery bank is like sticking pins in your eyes.

I've been trying to spend my discovery miles. Now it requires a OTP. After countless emails and phone calls, I was told it was sorted. Guess what, it wasn't. Told to turn off our secure WiFi and use mobile data. If that doesn't work we will need to use another mobile.
