Discovered the worst about Discovery Bank

I started banking with discovery a few months ago, I heard it’s the best with rewards. I’ve been saving for the past 6 months so now I wanted to get access to my money and I can’t. I’ve been sending emails and getting no response. I’m devastated as this money is supposed to go good cause.
