They are charging me monthly fees for an account i have never used at all. I'm now sitting on an overdraft of - 900 how is it possible to charge someone gor services they are not even using? I've requested for a closure of my account and they are telling me i need to pay the balance first. I'm honestly ****ed and this is a daylight **** from such a reputable company. I was convinced to open it because it is actually going to help me save and i can use it whenever i want to and this is the benefits I'm getting from opening this account?

I'm angry honestly. Don't open this discovery bank it is a ****

According to our account terms and conditions, you will be liable for the account fees whether or not you use the account.

Please see section B line 88 of the link below for reference.

Due to this, we need you to settle your account to have it closed.

Kindly cancel the card to avoid recurring monthly fees. I will then pay that overdraft in 6 months period. I don't have mony to pay it once off and i don't want to make any transactions
