Discocvery Bank - *****sters?

Beware, Discovery Bank has delivered the poorest personal service I have ever experienced of any bank. Everything is online, even trying to close my accounts has proven impossible. I thought I had closed my accounts in June 2024 as they both had zero balances only to be told that I know owe Discovery bank in excess of R2 000 rand for arrears fees and that I am due to be handed over, being classified as delinquent. I am currently and have been a priority customer at Standard Bank who have never and would never treat me in this manner. I am absolutely disgusted and would strongly warn customers who are SERIOUS about money to STAY AWAY from Discovery Bank
