Disappointing service from Discovery bank

I recently decided to move over to discovery Bank, not just changing banks, but my vehicle insurance and medical aid and was going to apply for additional cover too.

Today when applying for an account including a credit card with you i was declined due to as you say, being a high risk,

I current have 2 credit cards, one with a low balance and one with no balance and you were more than happy to insure my vehicle i also got through credit 3 months ago, but yet im high risk?

You motivate clients to move over to you and then you treat them like this?

I cannot close my fnb account and credit card without having another account with a credit facility at hand for emergencies,

Next time dont motivate clients to move over if you cant match the service, and for what reason did i move my vehicle insurance over to you and pay MORE if im not moving my accounts and medical cover and all?

Is discovery bank just another poor service bank?
