Disappointing service from as a big bank.

I an deeply disappointed with Discovery Bank. I have app**** for a loan 5 day ago, I was assisted by a consultant who on the phone she then told me that, I need to complete the application manual on the app.I download the app and completed every and gave the instruction for my bank statement to be retrieved from my bank and got confirmation that it was successfully retrieved and I will get the feedback in 48hour however when I went back to the app to check the progress the app kept on saying I should resume my application, I them called the bank for assistance and I keep been taken back pillar to past till today 5 days later this hasn't been resolved.This is so frustrating and disappointing for such a big bank.
