Disappointing Discovery Bank service

Since 8 October, still received no feedback on a miles refund. Unhelpful staff and after each single call they informed they will call back with a status and never does. Also sent many e-mails with no reply. Looked so forward to using Discovery bank, but very disappointing. Seems that Discovery has dropped their excellent service I was used to for many years as a loyal client having all my products with them.
