Disappointing discovery bank

Discovery Bank has launched way before they were ready. Actually I am not sure if they will ever be ready. I joined discovery bank around 6 months ago and have spent more time at their R 23 000 000 a month rental building in Sandton offices than I ever spent at my previous bank Nedbank. I have a discovery credit card and discovery transaction account. My debit order for the credit card should go off on the 3rd of every month. When I called and asked why it does not reflect on my credit card I was told that it takes up to 4 days to reflect. That is from Discovey transaction account to discovery credit card. This makes no sense to me at all. Discovery are about to loose anothe banking client. I should never have moved
