Disappointed with customer service

Very disappointed with their call centre. Credit card application was approved and then declined based on affordability. My husband pays the bond which is on both our names. They refuse to scrutinize bank statements which reflects clearly that im not paying the bond. I find this totally unacceptable for them to just decline this based on the ITC report. I do have an excellent credit rating according to the ITC report.
