Disappointed Discovery Bank
Another Bank - Another Call Centre- Another Waste of of Time
Despite going to the walk centre - They also spent 45 min on the phone with the call centre - to no avail.
If the call centre can’t help and the walk in centre can’t help AND the website is unclear……..

19 Dec 2024, 16:41Amazed- Discovery Bank - Tyrone - called me - we spent 30 minutes on the phone. He showed me (telephonically) how to upload certain documents onto the App. I have my doubts as to: -
A) How secure this confidential information really is.
B) what is the point of giving Discovery all this information ie what’s in it for me………..?
But yes they did respond
