Disappointed
My money went off twice on Saturday and each time I call I get told a different turnaround when I’ll get my refund

11 Apr 2025, 08:58I swiped R971 on Saturday and it went off twice, when I asked the merchant they said only one is reflecting I should contact my bank
1st person I spoke to said I need a letter from the merchant stating that the other one can be reversed
I did so and had no update from the bank
Had to call again and that agent said I’ll get an email from the bank with 48 hours, that was Monday
Today when I call the guy tells me that I must wait 90 days
